Delivery Information
Samssons cash and carry Ltd, are dedicated customer service team that meticulously handles your orders efficiently,
most orders being dispatched within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays,
you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. All orders are palletized and dispatched using Global lagestics formerly known as Pallet Line and smaller orders are sent out via couriers.
All our orders are tracked and require a signature at the point of delivery.
Please consider this when selecting a delivery address/location. Being an importer, wholesaler, and cash and carry of over 20,000 items Toys Tools Smoking Stationary, Cleaning Products, and Housewares we value all customes and orders.
Deliveries are made from Monday – Friday. During weekends and public holidays, there are no deliveries, but we will be pleased to quote for a bespoke delivery requirement either Saturday Delivery, Timed Delivery, Off-Shore Delivery, etc. Our deliveries are insured for the full value of the order. Although we endeavor to have your order with you as quickly as possible, please allow for a slight delay with shipment and delivery during promotional activity.
